The above services will be invoiced to you at the end of each month. To setup your account to use these services please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 850 430. You may be required to pay a security deposit. If there are other rates in particular that you require, please email or call our Customer Care team.
Credit Check - All applications for a Red Bull MOBILE Postpaid account are subject to a credit check. You will be contacted if more information is required.
Direct Debit - Your service will not be activated until you have set up direct debit for your account. Details to setup direct debit and how to access your account will be mailed to you along with the Welcome Letter.
Electronic Agreement – This plan is a 12 month contract for a Red Bull MOBILE Postpaid service. By purchasing the product you agree to the contract terms, which are available here and will also be emailed to you once the initial $30 payment is successful. All monthly invoices will be sent to you via your nominated email address.
Pro Rata - Your first bill may be higher then $30, as this bill will include a charge to cover the days between you connecting this SIM card and the start of your billing cycle (when your plan starts). Each billing cycle begins on the first of the month. The two main situations where you might notice pro rata billing being used are:
- When you connect a new plan or service
- When you cancel your service
+UNLIMITED includes calls to standard National numbers and mobile services, Standard National SMS and MMS, Calls to 13/1300 and 18/1800 Numbers and Voicemail deposits and Retrieval, all for use within Australia.
No Premium and International services are provided under the basic prepaid plan (International services are available via a monthly bolt-on pack at extra cost).
Data allowance includes uploads and downloads. Data services stop once data allowance exceeded. Any unused Data allowance does NOT roll over into the next month. Data is calculated in 250KB sessions.

UNLIMITED includes all calls to standard National & Mobile services, National SMS messages, National MMS messages, Calls to 1300 and 1800 Numbers, Voicemail deposits and Retrieval; all only for use within Australia. Data calculated in 250kb sessions.
Data allowance expires each month on the Access 180 and Access 365 plans. Unused Data allowance does NOT roll over into the next month. Red Bull MOBILE plans are to be used for personal purposes only and the Red Bull MOBILE Fair Use Policy applies. Not be used on Peer-to-Peer file sharing services.
All other call types that are not as otherwise included in the plan will be invoiced each month in arrears. International Dialing and International Roaming are subject to approval and a deposit may be required. Customers on Red Bull MOBILE Postpaid plans must pay their account via Direct Debit. Red Bull MOBILE Postpaid customers must receive their monthly accounts via a nominated email address. All applications for a Red Bull MOBILE Postpaid account are subject to a credit check. International Dialing and International Roaming are subject to approval and a deposit may be required. The billing cycle begins on the first of each month. Please be aware that you will be charged a pro rata amount for your plan for the days between date of connection and your first billing cycle starts. You will also be given a pro rata amount of data for this period.
Delivery is free for all SIM only purchases and is sent via Express POST.
